GYM
Our newly built facility consists of a fully equipped gym, equipment includes treadmills, cross trainers, stationary bikes, rowing machines, free weights and cable machines. Functional training areas tailored for every fitness level, group fitness classes, personal training and more – however you like to keep fit, we’ve got you covered. Lock Aquatic & Fitness Centre aspire to create a fun, respectful and supportive environment. The gym is open to members only, all members must complete a induction before utilising the gym facility.
POOL
Our newly built facility includes an outdoor 25 metre, 6 lane pool surrounded with non slip sandstone paving leading on to large grass areas with shade provided making it the ideal for a fun family day. Open to the public on set supervised days. Members are able to use the pool outside public hours with the condition two members are present and one person is confident in first aid.
